Yes, exchanges are available for defective or damaged items within 14 days of receiving. If you need a different item, we accept returning your original purchase and placing a new order.

Are your tableware products dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our tableware is dishwasher and microwave safe, but we recommend checking individual product descriptions for specific care instructions.
*For gold and platinum designs, we recommend handwashing with mild soap and avoiding abrasive cleaners and tools. If using a dishwasher, choose a low temperature program and a mild detergent. Gold and Platinum designs are NOT microwave-safe.
What materials do you use in your tableware?
Our collections feature high-quality porcelain. Our porcelain is fired at 1320/1330 c ensuring a dense, non-porous material. Our tableware is chip-resistant and durable and is resistant to heat and cold.

Yes! We provide customization options for special occasions, corporate events, and restaurants. Contact us for more details.

We accept payment through cheques or bank transfers.
